Academic Integrity & Ethical Conduct Policy
ResearchersDen operates strictly as an academic research consultancy, educational provider, and research development mentorship service. We do NOT engage in ghostwriting, paper fabrication, or unauthorized doctoral dissertation completion. All intellectual outputs, concepts, and dissertation arguments remain exclusively the work and responsibility of the scholar.
1. Strict Prohibition of Ghostwriting
In accordance with University Grants Commission (UGC) guidelines on Academic Integrity and the Prevention of Plagiarism in Higher Educational Institutions, ResearchersDen strictly declines any request to:
- Write, generate, or produce dissertations, theses, or research assignments on behalf of students.
- Fabricate, alter, or falsify empirical research datasets or experimental observations.
- Impersonate a student or researcher in any academic examination, presentation, or defense.
2. Legitimate Scope of Developmental Support
Our services provide developmental scaffolding similar to university writing centers and institutional statistical consulting labs:
- Methodological Mentoring: Advising on the appropriateness of quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-methods research designs.
- Statistical Consulting: Assisting scholars in utilizing statistical software (SPSS, R, SmartPLS) and interpreting outputs accurately.
- Editorial Polish: Correcting grammatical errors, improving academic flow, and formatting according to target journal or university author guidelines.
- Pedagogical Training: Equipping scholars with conceptual tools so they can independently articulate and defend their scholarship.
3. Authorship and Intellectual Property
Scholars retain 100% intellectual property ownership of their research concepts, hypotheses, datasets, and finalized written drafts. ResearchersDen claims no copyright or co-authorship over client research work unless explicitly agreed in joint institutional academic research collaborations.
4. Research Data Confidentiality
All proprietary data, experimental readings, raw interview transcripts, and draft manuscripts provided to ResearchersDen are treated with absolute confidentiality. We never publish, disclose, or repurpose scholar datasets without prior written authorization.
5. Scholar Responsibilities
Scholars engaging ResearchersDen agree to review and synthesize all guidance received, ensure that their university supervisor is kept informed of their research progression, and verify that their work fully complies with their institution’s specific research ethics committee requirements.
