Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 2026 • Policy Version 2.1
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the ResearchersDen website or engaging our academic research consulting, training, or editing services.
1. Nature of Services
ResearchersDen provides developmental academic consulting, methodological advice, statistical data analysis coaching, language editing, and research training. Our role is strictly pedagogical and advisory. We provide feedback and guidance to help researchers improve their own scholarly output. We do not write dissertations, papers, or academic assignments for clients.
2. Service Scope and Written Quotations
All consulting engagements are governed by a mutually agreed, written Scope of Work (SOW). The SOW specifies the exact deliverables, milestone review dates, software tools, and advisory hours included. Any requests outside the agreed SOW will require a revised scope and fee schedule.
3. No Guarantee of External Institutional Outcomes
While ResearchersDen applies rigorous academic standards and expert methodologies, university degree awards, thesis evaluations, doctoral entrance admissions, and journal publication decisions rest entirely with independent university committees, examiners, peer reviewers, and journal editors. ResearchersDen makes no guarantee of acceptance, degree conferral, or journal publication.
4. Intellectual Property
The scholar retains sole intellectual property rights and authorship of their research proposals, dissertations, and manuscripts. All instructional material, proprietary course handouts, training toolkits, and website content provided by ResearchersDen remain the copyrighted property of ResearchersDen.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ResearchersDen or its academic advisors be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our advisory services. Total liability under any circumstances shall be limited to the fees received for the specific service engagement.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
